UNITED ARAB EMIRATES

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase confirmation.
• Once processed, orders are delivered within 1–2 business days.

INTERNATIONAL

• International orders are processed within 2–3 business days after purchase confirmation.
• Lebanon, Levant & Gulf Region — Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 business days via Aramex Express.
• Europe, United States, Canada & Rest of the World — Orders are usually delivered within 5–8 business days via Aramex Express.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary during public holidays, weekends, Ramadan, customs clearance, or other peak periods.
• We are not responsible for lost packages if the customer has provided an incorrect shipping address. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all shipping and delivery details are accurate. If an incorrect address is provided, EZARÏA cannot offer reimbursement for the order.
• Product prices are exclusive of any import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other charges that may be applied by the destination country. As the recipient, you are solely responsible for any applicable import duties, customs charges, local taxes, or other fees required to clear your shipment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to our fast fulfillment process, cancellations are not possible once your order has been placed.
