- All original tags must remain attached.
- Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

Once your return request has been approved, we will arrange a convenient pickup from your provided address.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days using your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.
